Who says learning can’t be fun? March is Women’s History Month, and we’re celebrating with a trip back in time. If you’ve ever wished someone a happy birthday in song, or if you believe in the power of play and creativity, you’ll want to join this month’s celebration of two local historical figures.
Each Saturday, one of our locations will be visited by historical re-enactors portraying the Hill Sisters. The pair are famous for writing the “Happy Birthday” song — the most recognizable song in the world. We’ll be donating a portion of sales throughout the month to The Patty and Mildred Hill Happy Birthday Park.
Stop by for a scoop of Louisville history along with your favorite sweet treat, as these world-renowned educators share their story.
