Louisville's Crazy Good Ice Cream

Dig in to our delightful, delectable Derby Collection!

And they’re off! You’ll want to make record time to one of our locations so you can try out these tasty new flavors, dedicated to the most exciting two minutes in sports. But remember — even though they’re only here for a short time, savor them slowly. Nobody wants an ice cream headache.

Mint Julep

Old Forester bourbon and fresh mint combine to make this classic cocktail in ice cream form. Happy Derby!

Bourbon Ball

We’ve made our very own bourbon balls from scratch using Old Forester Bourbon, and enrobed them in rich, dark Barry Callebaut chocolate, creating a flavor that truly says “Kentucky.” And of course, there’s a generous pour of Old Forester in the ice cream too!

Simply Southern

Chunks of our made-from-scratch pecan pie — just like Grandma used to make — Barry Callebaut chocolate chips, more roasted pecans, and a pour of Old Forester combine in our Signature Butter Pecan ice cream.

Secretariat

Penny Chenery and the connections of Secretariat selected The Comfy Cow to make a special commemorative ice cream flavor honoring “Big Red.” The super-premium ice cream they developed pays homage to the iconic blue-and-white silks of the Meadow Stable superhorse. The recipe for this treat includes a Barry Callebaut white chocolate ice cream, loaded with chunks of our very own homemade blueberry cobbler.

The Doctor’s Cure

Developed for a local Louisville restaurant, “Doc Crow’s,” it’s our proprietary brown butter and Old Forester Bourbon ice cream, loaded with our house-made spiced and sugared pecans, with swirls of bourbon-infused caramel.
