All of our wonderfully handcrafted ice creams are shipped via UPS. We fully guarantee each and every shipment to arrive frozen and delicious. If for some reason it does not arrive to your satisfaction we will gladly offer you a full refund or re-ship your order.

All shipments will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesdays through Fridays. The pricing for delivery is based on your distance from Louisville and whether we can ship either 1 day ground, 2 day ground or we need to ship via 2 day air.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Delivery dates will vary depending on the day of the week ordered.
